FAQs

  • What is Scalp Micropigmentation?

SMP is short for Scalp Micro Pigmentation. It’s a non evasive technique of depositing pigment into the upper dermal layer of the skin on the scalp. This technique creates the appearance of having a “buzz cut.” SMP esthetically eliminates having a receding hair line, thinning hair line, the classic horse shoe balding pattern, or being semi/permanently bald. SMP is color matched with your skin complexion. It is the #1 hair transplant alternative in Pittsburgh
